Job Purpose: His duty is to support the Maintenance Engineering Manager with periodic reports of the maintenance activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Accuracy and timeliness of consolidating maintenance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual), ensuring an accurate reporting to the management.
- Monitoring status of maintenance spare parts and materials
- Ensuring an accurate accountability, record and analysis of the maintenance activities.
- Continuous monitoring of cost allignement with maintenance budget.
- Analysis of the unplanned shutdowns.
Titolo di Studio: Diploma Tecnico
Training:
• Maintenance advanced course
• CMMS Management
• Warehouse Management.
Lingue: Italiano, l'Inglese fluente è un vantaggio
Esperienza richiesta:
4 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, of which 2 years in Maintenance Reporting.
Conoscenze tecniche richieste:
- SAP experience
- Proficiency in MS Office.
