We are recruiting a Technical Support Representative fluent in Spanish, French and Italian to work in a project of Website Builder & Hosting in LUGO, SPAIN. This person will be responsible for providing technical support and billing to the company's costumers. Knowledge of web hosting environment, web programming, linux, joomla and wordpress is required, and experience in sales is valued.


Organization

Our client is specialized in providing outsourcing services in Customer Service, Technical Support, Outbound / Inbound Sales, and implementation of internal Operational Excellence Services in an international context.


Functions

As a Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for:

- Provide Technical Support to final customers by phone and/or email;
- Respond to all inquiries of final consumers, in the areas of customer service, technical support and billing.


Requirements

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications
-Fluent in Spanish, French and Italian;

Experience
-Experience in sales (preferable);

Skills
-Web Hosting environment;
-Web programming;
-Linux, Joomla and WordPress;
