We have an opening position for a motivated and qualified Technical Coordinator with strong technical background and excellent ITIL framework knowledge to perform troubleshooting, problem determination and resolution and support.
What we are looking for:
Solid technical knowledge of IT Enterprise systems
Ability to manage a Team of IT expert
Takes the initiative to expand their systems and application knowledge
Experience in incident / event / problem management
Experience in Complex IT environment
Knowledge of English - Level B1
