Job Purpose: His duty is to support the Maintenance Engineering Manager in the organization of the activities in conjuction with Production Dept.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure Integrated planning of activities
• Respect of all safety and environment protection procedure
• Carry out schedule of maintenance activities and verify the feasibility with Production Dept.
• Check the equipment performances after maintenance interventations;
• Ensure that all activities are carried out according to environment protection procedures
• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for maintenance programming.
• Participate in Root Cause Analyses for significant equipment failures
• Assist in preparation of maintenance annual budget
• Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviours and commitment to environmental policies
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out according to Company’s established policies, procedures and professional standards
• Work closely with Maintenance and Production Management to ensure service levels are being met and risk to the business is
minimal.
• Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all operation activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
• Review performance of Maintenance systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels and upgrade requirements.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the company’s documentation.
Titolo di Studio: Diploma Tecnico
Training:
• Maintenance advanced course
• CMMS Management
• Warehouse Management
• Oil & Gas surface production facilities.
Lingue: Italiano, l'Inglese fluente è un vantaggio
Esperienza richiesta:
8 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience (preferibly with experience in Production Operations)
Conoscenze tecniche richieste:
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Project
